Complaints:
As a company with ISO9001:2000 accreditation we have a set procedure to follow regarding complaints. If you have cause for complaint regarding one of our products we will require you follow the procedure below:

Return a sample of the product along with packaging using the address FREEPOST KALLO FOODS. Ensure this is accompanied with a cover letter detailing your complaint and your postal address. Please note, we are unable to offer cash refunds therefore, any recompense will be in the form of money off coupons or replacement products. This is at the discretion of Kallo Foods.
