| Q2 |
Will So Good Soya Milk curdle in tea? |
| A |
When used in tea, always pour into a cup before adding water. Never use boiling water – allow it to cool a little first |
| Q3 |
Will So Good Soya Milk curdle in coffee? |
| A |
Because coffee is acidic it can cause the soya protein to ‘flock’ giving it a curdled appearance. Research has shown that the two main factors that will cause the milk to separate are the temperature of the water and the strength of the coffee. So, when adding So Good to coffee, allow the kettle to cool a little first and don’t make the coffee too strong. Some percolated and filter coffees are so strong, they always cause the soya milk to separate |
