This is no ordinary frappucino, this is a soya milk banana mocha frappucino. A great alternative to your first cup of coffee, you’ll still get a buzz, but this time it’ll be from all of the ice-cool ingredients.
Soya Milk Banana Mocha Frappuccino
Serves: 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 medium banana, cut into chunks
- 480ml So Good Chocolate
- Soya Milk
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 125g ice cubes
Prep:
1. In blender or food processor, place banana, So Good Chocolate Soya Milk, instant coffee granules and vanilla. Cover; blend on high speed about 15 seconds or until smooth. Add ice cubes. Cover; blend about 15 seconds or until smooth.
2. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
