So Good works wonders when it comes to creating sumptuous soya milk ice cream. Easy to make and even easier to eat, this soya milk chocolate and banana ice cream with added honey really is the bee’s knees.
Soya Milk Chocolate and Banana Ice Cream
Serves: 24
Ingredients:
- 250ml So Good Chocolate Soya Milk
- 2 x ripe bananas
- 110g runny honey
- ½ tsp vanilla essence

Prep:
Chocolate cake
1. Gather all the ingredients together, drop them into a blender and mix.
2. Pour the mixture into a cake tin, cover with foil and freeze for several hours until partly frozen.
3. Place the partly set mixture back into a blender and blend until smooth – alternatively, if you have an electric ice cream maker, add the mix and churn for 20 minutes.
4. Cover and place back in the freezer until ready to serve – although remember to remove it a few minutes before you plan to tuck in, otherwise it will be rock solid!
Hint:
Heat an ice cream scoop by dipping in hot water for ease of serving.
