Just as enjoyable in winter as it is in summer, this fruity soya milk smoothie is just the ticket when you want a spot of light refreshment with a difference.
Soya Milk Strawberry and Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 100g fresh strawberries
- 200g ripe bananas (cut into chunks)
- 240ml So Good Original Soya Milk
Tip the strawberries and bananas into a blender and mix until smooth. Pour in So Good, blend again until creamy and then serve in a long glass (straws optional).
